Somatic Coaching is a trauma-informed, body-based approach to nervous system regulation, integration, and self-trust. In these one-on-one sessions, we explore not just what you’re thinking — but how your experiences, beliefs, and emotions are held in the body.
Rather than focusing on fixing or problem-solving, this work invites deeper awareness of sensation, breath, and internal cues. Through gentle inquiry, nervous system attunement, and embodied practices, you’ll begin to build a felt sense of safety and clarity from the inside out.

Sessions are collaborative, intuitive, and guided by your unique rhythm. They are available in 60-minute virtual formats and are held with care, presence, and respect for your pace.
Somatic Coaching is not about becoming someone new — it’s about creating the conditions for your system to soften, reorganize, and respond to life with greater ease and trust.
There is no requirement to talk about anything you’re not ready to share. You’re always invited to move at your own pace, with respect for what your system needs in the moment.
